Dedicated, passionate & intelligent: welcome to CREWFIT personal training.

Move better, feel better, perform better. Whatever your goal, together we will make it happen.

Build strength

Strength is more than just muscle gain. It’s a state of mind that we build with you session by session.

Manage health

In addition to what we do on the gym floor, we assess your lifestyle and tailor a plan to bring you into your best shape.

Rehabilitate

Rehabilitation can be an intense and often psychological effort, be it from injury, incident or even a past lifestyle choice.

Sport specific

With practice, anybody can become a good player, but we take you further than that. We identify your edge and nurture it.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Make it happen.

Jackson Ngu.

Founder | Head PT

Jax is the visionary behind CREWFIT. Having first discovered exercise in high school as a way to manage his own mental health issues, Jax’s motivation today goes far beyond that. He knows, after more than a decade in the industry, that fitness has the power to unite those collectively seeking a healthier life. As a result, a dream was born – to build a holistic world-class facility. So he did just that.

  • Technique correction & body alignment

  • Weight loss

  • Muscle building & sculpting

  • Nutrition programming

Jax expanded upon his track and field background with a subsequent degree in Nutrition. This knowledge – combined with a remarkable ability to push clients beyond their limits – has seen him become one of the area’s most sought after personal trainers. Jax is a savvy yet friendly businessman who loves nothing more than sharing CREWFIT with others. After a hustler? Then look no further than the boss.

Empowering people to become the best versions of themselves just happens to be his superpower.
