Jackson first found his passion for fitness in high school dealing with mental health; exercise was the cure and soon became a way of life for him. Jackson always had a dream to build a home, a hub and a community for people who live and breathe fitness - for people seeking a healthier life. This dream is now a reality, with CREWFIT.

Jackson comes from a sports background. In high school he turned to sports and fitness to bring him joy. This led him to his success as a track and field athlete, which he competed in state and regional levels. He combined his passion for health and fitness and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition and Food.

Jackson has dedicated his life to helping improve his clients mental and physical well being through fitness, helping them achieve and exceed their goals for over 10 years. Now, through his vision with CREWFIT, he is able to reach and help more people and give them the ultimate fitness experience.

Peter Tsikas.

Peter helps to educate and empower people to be stronger, happier and to live a more prosperous

Peter’s acquired skills stem further than training itself, realizing there is a lot more to health than just training, he has helped people transform their body to professional athletes winning championships. His background of exercise science ensures that regardless of whether it is your first time stepping in the gym or a seasoned veteran, training is effective for you. In the gym, his knowledge allows him to find the right methods to help people become stronger and fitter while outside the gym, helping people build healthy relationships with themselves.

Fitness became a lifestyle and my passion after school and I decided to turn it into a career to help change peoples lives, Not just their bodies.

Lara Ralph.

Personal Trainer | Group Instructor

Currently undertaking a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, majoring in Exercise Therapy, Lara has a keen interest in constructing exercise programs that centre around variation. She strongly holds the belief that strength and fitness improvements do not need to involve only monotonous exercises, but rather are enhanced when multiple aspects of fitness are challenged concurrently. So don’t be surprised if her exercises start to challenge your balance, coordination or reaction time – it’s all a part of progressing.

First introduced to functional training at age eleven, Lara has grown up with a persistent passion for exercise, both in the contexts of health and performance. She has translated this into her studies and work, currently completing her final year of a Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science, majoring in Exercise Therapy.

 

Lara is particularly interested in the role our neurological system plays in training – the concept that improvements do not solely result from muscle growth but are also largely driven by neuromuscular adaptations. With this, Lara enjoys working with younger adults, females and those new to the gym environment, aiming to maximise these neuromuscular adaptations from the start.

With a logic-driven mind, Lara also loves to explain the science behind her exercise prescription, with the hope that her clients – whatever their age or experience level – will be able to become self-confident and proficient in a gym environment. Growth in understanding and knowledge is equally as fundamental as growth in muscle!
