You wanted resistance training in a group setting, so here it is. Barbell compound workouts to get the muscles pumping. Chest/back, shoulders and arms are targeted for a complete upper body pump.
You’ll never want to skip leg day with our Strength Lower class. Growing that booty and strong legs has never been so much fun. Compound lower body movements, guaranteed to give you wobbly legs with a ridiculous leg pump.
Abs, Butt and Thighs – the name says it all. The perfect class to tone, sculpt and shape the middle and lower part of the body. Using a combination of strength and core exercises will see you getting results in no time. A strong core is the foundation to build your best self, so you might as well have fun doing it!
Bootcamp! But instead of dirt under your feet, it’s advanced high performance flooring by PLAE USA. This class is sure to send your metabolic rate sky high. Expect kettlebells/dead balls/battle ropes/dumbbells with a mixture of cardio threaded into the sessions.
This class will get you fit FAST! Targeting those who are striving to improve on their cardiovascular fitness and increased metabolic rate. Weapons of choice include assault treadmills/SkiERG/ echo bikes and concept rowers and some added surprises.
Wanna elevate your training? Then you’ve got to recover! After a week of heavy lifting, sled pulls and PBs, our Stretch & Release class will set your body straight. Helping to release tension and calm your nervous system, there’s no better way to enter the weekend.

Weights or cardio? With our Lift & Sweat class now you don’t have to choose! Shifting seamlessly between both types of training, this whole body workout takes  360 degree fitness to a new level.
